3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the package.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 days of shipping, please contact us.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is shipped and marked as “Delivered” by the carrier:

Claims must be filed directly with the carrier
If your package is delayed or appears lost during transit, contact us and we will help guide you through the carrier claim process.
7. International Shipping (If offered)

Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are not included in the shipping cost

The customer is responsible for all additional customs charges

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
8. Pre-Orders & Special Releases
Pre-order or limited-edition items may have extended shipping times.
Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page.
Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 1 hour of placing the order.
Once processing begins, we cannot modify or cancel the order.
