1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • Returns must be requested within 8 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Socks, undergarments, or hygiene-sensitive apparel

  • Custom or personalized items


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable, such as defective or incorrect items)

We will review your request and provide instructions on how to send your item back.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective item, etc.).

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

  • Refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong color

  • Defective item

To request an exchange, contact us first.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the issue

We will replace the item or offer a refund at no additional cost.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, VeraKicks is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Please contact the carrier directly for claims.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After that time, the order may already be processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.


9. Final Sale Items

Items labeled as Final Sale or Clearance cannot be returned or refunded for any reason.
